We have stayed in many places in Indian Rocks. This place was wonderful. Rental process was smooth! Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas all provided. Condo location is perfect to walk to CVS, ice cream and many restaurants. Beautiful sunsets from the patio! We have already booked for next year!

The condo is very nicely decorated. We had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and gadgets. The beds were super comfy too. The balcony was nice size and has a wonderful view. The pool and grilling area were very nice as well. We were very pleased and are staying again next year.

My wife and I have been vacationing in Indian Rocks for years and this condo at Island Sands checks all the boxes: Immaculate and beautifully decorated, awesome location, and a million-dollar Gulf/Beach view from an oversized balcony. We are already checking dates for our next visit in 2024.

We usually stay for a week in May to celebrate our wedding anniversary but had to postpone our trip to September. We definitely needed to rest and relax as it’s been a year. Our stay was exactly what we needed!

This unit is beautiful and feels like home. The view of the Gulf of Mexico is awesome. The sunsets are amazing! We saw manatees, dolphins, seahorse and kinds of fish! The location is convenient to restaurants and the grocery store.

We will be back in May for sure!!

My grandparents retired to St. Pete in 1951, so I have been visiting the gulf coast for quite some time. My wife and I have been vacationing gulf side for over 30 years. We love IRB and Island Sands 204. Climbing to the second floor is a small price to pay for a geogeous view. Close proximity to a public access to the beach is a bit of a drawback, but on the other hand it can provide some unusual entertainment. Everything within walking distance. All in all, a wonderful vacation, again. We will be back!

This condo never disappoints. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here. What beautiful memories were made! We had fabulous sunsets and warm sunny beach days! Simply paradise. We even got to witness a full lunar eclipse during our stay!

Everything provided is what is needed for the perfect beach vacation. Let’s start with the updated beachy decor, well equipped kitchen and comfy king bed. The view of the beach from the balcony allows for dolphin and bird watching. Nothing better than ending the day watching the sunset while enjoying a class of wine on the balcony.

The condo is conveniently located and is in walking distance to several restaurants and a CVS. We love this condo so much that we booked it again for next year!

Thanks to the owners and Long Key for creating the perfect beach destination! We will see you next year!

We loved our stay, and had a terrific time with beautiful May weather! Just a couple of helpful things for future renters to know. There is no elevator in the building, and so it’s a two story walk up, the ground floor is parking. Many good restaurants in the area.. VIP, Conch Republic, Keegans, Slyce, Osaka Suchi, Columbia, Salt Rock.. Kooky Coconuts has good sandwiches & ice cream. Nachman’s Seafood Market for fresh seafood to cook at hm. We did a lot of that bc we never wanted to miss the sunset! Btw. The slider to patio didn’t lock securely, but since we invite our Daughter w/ small grands down, we always travel with slider locks. The only other thing i would offer is .. a few ppl fell on the paver 2 or 3 step just above where the pool and beach met .. i would suggest painting or making with reflective tape (or something) on the steps to differentiate the levels.. besides that .. we had a wonderful time, and will return!
Don’t forget your spf .. and your sand shoes!

This was a wonderful vacation getaway. The condo was situated perfectly on the beach, and close enough to all the local venues. The condo was clean, organized and stocked with everything we needed to make it our home for the week. Bedrooms were large, and the beds were comfortable. The living space was fabulous and the view was endless. We strongly recommend the condo and will most likely be back, as the the management company was so very helpful and the condo was a delight!

We've been coming to this area for years but this was our first stay at Island Sands. SO happy. Clean, clean, clean and the decor was fresh and updated. I'm super picky about that. LOL. Also...we arrived on my husband's birthday and they had hung decorations - he was so surprised!

We loved staying here, it was a terrific location right on the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. Everything was just perfect, thank you!

Working with Sue from Long Key was a great experience. Had an issue with the Covid19 but Sue was easy to work with.
As far at the Condo it was beautiful with a great view and stores and restaurants all within walking distance.

This was our 4th year staying in this unit. We absolutely love it! The unit is super cute with its beach decor and had everything needed to enjoy a stay at the beach! We love spending the morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins and watching the sunset in the evenings, The location is convenient and there are many restaurants in walking distance. Did I mention the comfy king bed in the master bedroom!?!? We love it so much that we booked for next year!

We enjoyed a fabulous week in this beautiful rental in IRB. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The ease of access to the beach and Gulf shoreline was ideal. It was so easy to go out to the beach and get some sun, walk the shoreline and just enjoy the surf and sand. We also loved watching the sunsets and sitting on the balcony. Everything we needed was available and in great condition. Sue in the rental office was wonderful as well. Thank you for a relaxing and fun week!

My husband and I along with our son and his wife and daughter stayed here for a week in August 2019. This was our first time to the area, and, boy, did we enjoy it! The condo was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and obviously well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need to prepare meals while there, although we ate out most evenings at the many fine eateries within walking distance. And we especially enjoyed the wonderful ice cream shop across the street with over 100 flavors! The decor in the unit is wonderful, loved it, very beachy and inviting. The beds were quite comfy. I have zero complaints about our stay. We were very pleasantly surprised to find beach toys and chairs for our use in the storage unit by the pool. I highly recommend a stay here. The beach was never crowded, not once, which is perhaps our favorite part about the location. The balcony overlooks the beach, which was where we spent much of our early mornings and evenings after sunset. You can literally be on the beach in a couple of minutes after walking out the door. This unit is located on a third floor above the parking area and there is no elevator, so if you have issues handling stairs, this is not the unit for you. I will admit my knee flared up from all the stair climbing, but on a positive note, none of us gained weight during this vacation, and we attribute much of that to all the stair climbing and walking on the beach. ;-)

We've been coming to Indian Rocks for 14 years and this is the sweetest condo we've ever rented. Sue with the management company was great and very responsive. The only reason I didn't rate max stars for location is because of the proximity to the intersection which was only a problem when driving, but very convenient when walking. Beautiful condo, well decorated and equipped, beautiful beach, fabulous stay.

Unit 204 is perfect! Great location and beautiful gulf front view. Perfect for dolphin and sunset watching! The condo is so comfortable and well appointed.The master bed is super comfy. Love the beachy decor. We have already booked this unit for next year!

The rental experience is perfect and I really enjoy communicating with Sue. This is our second time renting through Sue and in the same building. The process is stress free and she is quick to respond to any questions that I might have. After spending a week at Disney, this is the perfect spot to unwind, watch the dolphins from the large balcony and drive 20 minutes to a Toronto Blue Jay's game. This condo is very nice and features many upgrades with a classic beach decor which is really appealing. Everything we needed was there including the beach toys and chairs in the bin by the two parking spots. We love being able to walk to the CVS and restaurants. Also there's a great new beach store that's just opened up beside the CVS with great apparel. The people in the building are quiet and friendly and the pool is always warm and clean. It's been our fave condo thus far in Indian Rocks. Thanks Sue and thanks to the owners for sharing their vacation home with us!

We love staying at Island Sands unit 204. Its a little slice of paradise on the gulf! The unit is beautiful and has everything you need!! We are already booked for coming back next year!!

We have stayed at this location several times and continue to book it over and over again. Very nice condo with beautiful decor and furnishings. Not overly crowded and in walking distance to a lot of good places to eat. But, also a short drive to lots of shopping and even more restaurants. Have already booked our trip for Fall.

204 was a very nice and updated unit with all of the amenities we would ever need. Only down side I would have to say would be the traffic nose at night was very loud.. This could be due to think walls but was tough with a sleeping toddler. I would also have to add that the washer/dryer units were very busy as well. Sounds like the washer drum is not aligned. During our stay the pool in the complex was shut down by the inspector due to low PH. After calling the the vacation rental company, they contacted someone from management to send some one the same day to fix the pool. This was done fast and only kept us from the pool one whole day. We also had the unit next to us have their smoke detector go off in the night and they had the firefighters dispatched to insect that it was only a faulty smoke alarm.

We love coming to IRB our favorite spring destination. This condo is so beautifully done. We felt like we were leaving our second home. Only 365 days until we can come back!

The condo is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and great location right on the beach! Only negative I would mention was about the parking...there is a height restriction which caused us a bit of a problem (we had a van with a storage box on top that we had to remove). Otherwise, the condo and the communications with Long Key rentals was great!

My husband and I stayed in this adorable condo for our anniversary for 8 days. It was very well decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to other fun things. We will definitely stay again!

It was a great experience, the AC wasn't working when I got there, but Susan was quick to respond and we got it working right away. Appreciated the quick service and then the rest of the week was awesome!

Sometimes you worry if everything is legit. Will they try and keep my security deposit. Not only did we not have any issues with these types of questions but the place was wonderful. It has a great view, great access to the beach, not crowded, and the pool was great to jump into after a day at the beach. We would stay here again.

our family enjoyed staying at this wonderful condo... it was our favorite condo yet in indian rocks!!! walking distance to crabby bills, and awesome tacos at jake's across the street.... needs a blender we couldn't make margaritas lol !!! overall great condo !!!!!!!

This summer was our 3rd time staying at 204 Island Sands. The location is perfect with restaurants, shopping and beach activities within walking distance. The beach is clean, quiet and uncrowded. The sunsets are spectacular. The condo is always clean and inviting. We just love Indian Rocks Beach. We'll be back again!

The Views from the Balcony were stunning! The condo is furnished perfectly as a Beach house and we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in the front door!

And the best part, you are steps from the beach and the ocean. We grilled on the patio/pool deck area three nights, which was a wonderful view overlooking the beach while at the grill. Beautiful patio deck to watch the dolphins swim by in the morning while drinking coffee.

Loved staying in Island Sands 204! Beautifully updated and has a very light beachy decor. The unit has everything you need to enjoy time at the beach even on a rain day. The gulf front view is beautiful from the balcony or living room not to mention the unit's convenient location to everything.The king size bed in the master suite is very comfy too! We will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Island Sands 204 in Indian Rocks Beach. The location was PERFECT. We could walk to several restaurants. Especially LOVE Lulu's & Slyce. The description of the condo & pictures were accurate. The pool is awesome - the temp was kept at a very comfortable temp every day & it was clean. The storage unit in the garage contained many useful items including beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. We also just kept our stuff in there instead of lugging it up every night. The location on the beach was perfect. A few steps & you are there, with miles to walk up & down the beach. The inside of the condo had many needed kitchen amenities. The decorating was beautiful - some of the most beautiful decorating I have ever seen. Layout was awesome. Did not hear any noise from any other units. I cannot wait to return. I will be sure to recommend it to friends.

The condo is kept in great shape and nicely decorated. The location is close to walk to several eateries and a drug store. Also handy to shopping on the mainland. And the pool is very well maintained. Sunsets are great too.
